STR When organizing multiple icons, some long presses I do are ignored. I probably don't wait enough time for the previous transition to be over, or my finger is not always on the center of the icon. But as a user, I have the feeling that the homescreen is not responsive enough, especially on a high-end device like the Z3C. See the attached video for details. The situation in this regard is much improved in the new homescreen (which doesn't have an edit mode and doesn't need to wait for animations to finish to initiate icon dragging). This may be a hard problem to fix in the existing homescreen, as the dnd code is very delicate and doesn't handle concurrent events very well.

Going to close this as wontfix, as we've switched home screens entirely. If you encounter a similar situation with the new home screen, do please file a new bug.
