Can anyone repro this? Naoki, Johan, flagging you in particular. From the sounds of it, it's best if Johan handles this to start with, though.

Martin, what source are you flashing full images from?

I was able to update from [1] to [2] without any issue related to Wi-Fi. I'll check on a couple of networks to make sure of it. I don't think it's OTA that caused wifi breakage. Wifi is still having issues: bug 1167466 / bug 1164322 / bug 1154690 Can we get a version of the build that Martin is on please?
I did 5 updates from 20150604140701 to 20150608110222 and didn't see wifi break. I suspect Naoki is right in comment 6. Here is the build ID from the devices that was flashed AOT: BuildID: 20150514170511 Update Channel: cypress
Flags: needinfo?(mbest)
We moved away from using cypress as cypress is outdated. That might explain more of the issue. Could you full flash starting with this build please: https://tools.taskcluster.net/index/artifacts/#gecko.v1.mozilla-central.latest.linux.aries-dogfood/gecko.v1.mozilla-central.latest.linux.aries-dogfood.debug If you're having problems getting the build, please let me know.
Flags: needinfo?(nhirata.bugzilla) → needinfo?(mbest)
I spoke with Martin about this offline, and I believe we've dealt with the issue by moving him over to a more recent, mozilla-central based build. Thus, I'm resolving this. We should still verify it, if possible.
