On the themes submission page there is the text next to the checkbox "By submitting your Theme, you agree to the...."  Please replace that text with:  

> I agree to the _Firefox Add-on Distribution Agreement_ and to my 
> information being handled as described in the _Websites, Communications
> and Cookies Privacy Notice_.
