Description:
If the user attempts to Import contacts from Outlook they will be given a Microsoft error message.
Repro Steps:
1) Update to B2GDroid 20150608071805
2) Select Contacts
3) Select Settings
4) Select Import Contacts
5) Select Outlook
Actual:
User receives the following message: "We're unable too complete your request. Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later."
Expected:
It is expected that the user will be taken to a page to insert their Outlook login information.
Repro frequency: 100%.

This issue does NOT occur on the Flame 3.0.
Result: User is able to access the Outlook login page successfully.

this seems to be the same problem as Bug 1172709, inside the communications_services.json file in gaia it seems that the app ids are set to 123456 for both the facebook app id and the live app id. as far as i know those are used as place holders for security reasons but when being built on a personal computer it does not correct them to the correct app id. I am seeing this on the lightsaber builds

this has been fixed by fabrice on the newly uploaded apk, verified fixed by me.
