nfc_utils.js in NfcUtils.parseURIString uses StringHelper defined in utilities.js. NfcCore.IMPORTS contains nfc_utils.js but does not contain utilities.js.
As a result in URL sharing flow, when NfcHandler uses nfcUtils.parseURIString we get a ReferenceError, StringHelper is undefined.
