Firefox Nightly and Aurora on Windows 8.1 The 'Visit MDN page' context menu item from the Rules context menu in the style inspector should either open the tab in the foreground or allow switching to it with one click. At the moment, two clicks are needed (one to close the popup which remained open before, one to switch to the tab).
This works for me as described (tab is opened in foreground and popup is closed) using Firefox 50.0.2. Sebastian
