Summary (title) Field:
[Aries][Customize] Scroll bars and Gear icon will flash when customizing the Clock app
Description:
When the user is customizing the clock app the bottom scroll bar will flash upon entering the clock app. If the user scrolls in the customize area the side scroll bar and the gear icon will begin to flash as well
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150610170534
2) Enter the customize app
3) Choose to customize the clock app
4) Observe bottom scroll bar
Actual:
Multiple screen elements will flash when customizing the clock
Expected:
It is expected that nothing on the screen flashes
