Steps to reproduce:

1. Write new email
2. Select Attach file
3. Popup error occurs elsewhere

Unable to dismiss error, or cancel/attach file, or use Thunderbird at all.




Actual results:

Whilst browsing for a file, if a popup error is generated elsewhere in Thunderbird it's impossible to dismiss the error, or close any dialogs.


Expected results:

Dismiss error, or attach file, or close file attach dialog.
