Description:
Sometimes when the app is restarted while sharing is turned on the sharing switch will be in the off position. Sharing will still be on but the switch will show that it is off.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150611131651
2) Open the sharing app
3) Turn on sharing
4) Restart the app
5) observe sharing toggle switch
Actual:
The switch will show that sharing is off while sharing is on
Expected:
It is expected that the switch will ne in the on position while sharing is on
