steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addon/oooodo001oo/versions#version-upload 2. Notice the "report any bugs" link in the Warning message Upon being clicked, it opens the bugzilla form in the same window, which means that the add-on developer lost the page they were on (and has no opportunity to provide us details about the bug) Let us open the link in a new tab.
