[Aries][Camera] Rapidly pressing the hardware camera button to record causes an error and the video is not recorded properly.

Description:
The user presses the hardware camera button to open the camera, and then switches to record. When they rapidly press the hardware camera button multiple times they receive the following error, "Video not recorded. An error prevented Camera from recording the video.
This issue could possibly be related to Bug 1126604.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150611131651
2) While on the home menu, press the hardware camera button.
3) Switch to video.
4) Rapidly press the hardware camera button.
Actual:
An error occurs, reading: "Video not recorded. An error prevented the Camera from recording the video.
Expected:
Short videos are recorded without issue, or the scenario is handled gracefully.

Tested with the patches in bug 1152500 on aries, resolves the problem.
