The new Music app is clearly not using the textured dialog anymore from the screenshot posted. I'm confused by the comment saying this is still reproducible.

I checked the latest Music (NGA) app, and don't see any textured background. Confirmed with Justin that we're using the correct color from gaia-frame. (And in above png file, the color shown is actually the empty overlay color, not the app background) . Closing the bug for now.
