Description:
If the user attempts to search for networks to connect to via Wi-Fi in settings an endless search for available networks will occur.
Repro Steps:
1) Update to B2GDroid 20150608071805
2) Select Settings
3) Select WiFi
4) Enable Wi-Fi
Actual:
Wifi will endlessly search for available networks.
Expected:
It is expected that the user will see a list of networks to connect to.
Note: I have had the same results from having the Droid OS connected and unconnected to Wi-Fi.
Repro frequency: 100%.

This issue does NOT occur on the Flame 3.0
Result: User is able to search for available networks successfully.
