From UX triage: Yep, text is too low. Should be moved slightly higher. NI to Sam to see who could fix this. Thanks for pinging the UX team!

This comes from the stylesheet for the gaia-buttons web component: https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/blob/master/shared/elements/gaia_buttons/style.css#L40:L65 ..So the only difficulty is that a change here will affect all similar buttons. We use gaia-buttons in FTU, costcontrol, search (new tab), settings. Also, we need to test any patch against a variety of locales as changes to vertical-align and line-height will have different results with different charactersets. I've adjusted the priority. This is not a recent change.
