If a rule is set blocking the whole doubleclick.net domain, Mozilla will correctly get the blocked notice from the proxy when trying to display www.doubleclick.net. After going to www.infoworld.com ( crawling with doubleclick ads) the browser gets the blocked notice on some ads but not others. Pressing reload makes the problem worse (all ads are displayed). Going to www.doubleclick.net then results in the site being displayed.
