[1.Description]: According to Comment 34 in Bug 1039943, this bug is filed. [Nexus 5][v2.2&3.0][Gallery]Launch Gallery, it will scan and parse pictures. Then press Home key to return to homescressn. It is the first time to launch Gallery app. 2. There are many pictures in Gallery(about 400 pictures). 1. Launch Gallery from Homescreen. **Gallery will scan and parse new image files first. 2.Press Home key when Gallery is scanning and parsing. 3. Wait for 30 seconds, and launch Gallery again. [3.Expected Result]: 3. The scanning and parsing should be pasued when Gallery goes to background. [4.Actual Result]: 3. The scanning and parsing are not paused.
