Reproduced on Nightly41.0a1/40.0a2 e10s on, HWA on/off, FlashPlayer18.0.0.160. Not reproduced if disabled e10s. Steps To Reproduce: 1. Open http://news.so-net.ne.jp/article/detail/1110632/?nv=c_article_related_text 2. Start Video 3. Scroll to bottom (video should be placed out of view port) 4. Click any link 5. Wait to completion of page loading 6. Attempt to mouse wheel scroll 7. Repeat from step 1 if necessary Actual Results Mouse wheel scroll stops working. After approx. 30 seconds or more, the mouse wheel scroll restore function. Expected Results: Mouse wheel scroll should be working properly.
