As a user, I should see visual feedback when audio, screen, or video transmission is on its way, but hasn't started playing/rendering yet.

mark had ideas on avoid code duplication via a media layout view to avoid copy pasting as much for this type of work (where doing on both locations).... andrei was discussing at Planning

Bug 1180179 is where I'm looking at sharing the media layouts part of the view from standalone to desktop. Once done, we'll have the layout, so we should be able to share it with direct calling as well.

Verified that the spinners are properly shown when waiting for the video during a direct call on Firefox 42 beta 4 across platforms (Windows 7 64-bit, Mac OS X 10.10.5 and Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit).
