Description: After selecting "Get More Languages" user is taken to a Marketplace page telling the user that No language packs are found.
Repro Steps:
1) Update to B2GDroid 20150617175123
2) Select Settings > Language > Get More Languages
Actual:
User is taken to a Marketplace page that says "No language packs found."
Expected:
It is expected that a page from the Marketplace with additional language packs that can be installed into Firefox OS will be found.
Repro frequency: 100%.

This issue does NOT occur on the Flame 3.0
Result: User is taken to a page with additional language packs to install into Firefox OS.
