Issue appears similar to bug 1092329, but the UI has recovered more than those conditions. Likewise with that bug, not blocking as the issue appears to resolve itself very quickly. Also, not a very heavily treaded area, user likely not to change column layout often. Also not a regression as 2.2 is affected.
