1. Open Devtools -> Performance
2. Press button "Start Recording Performance". Press it again to end recording. The results are not important
3. Switch to "Flame Chart" tab in "Performance"
4. Dock the devtools to the side of browser window
5. Dock the devtools to the bottom of browser window
6. Click "clear" to clear results of performance recording.
Result:
The button "Start Recording Performance" is now misplaced

I have reproduced this bug with nightly 41.0a1 (2015-06-26) on windows 10, 32 bit.
The bug’s fix is now verified on Latest beta 48.0b10.
