Open a webpage encode by [Chinese, Simplified] which is supported by reader view 2. Close the page (Ctrl + W). 3. Recover the page (Ctrl + Shift + T) Note: in reader view, refresh the page also has this problem Actual results: Show a page with wrong encoding. Expected results: Show the article just like what it was.
