User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Mobile; rv:41.0) Gecko/41.0 Firefox/41.0 Flame had the same issue at some point, but not recently: alarm clock does not always get activated when it should, but later when some other app becomes active.
(I think I recall Marcus posting something about this to a newsgroup last year at some point.)
Btw, I've never seen this happening after a reboot - so, before going to bed I reboot the phone, and alarm rings as it should.
