Details

Taskcluster tasks that are resolved as failed or exception prematurely can result in no usable output to TH for sheriffs. They must open the task inspector and look at the task logs to determine the reason. We should be using the treeherder error api for reporting errors/exceptions so that way there is a unified way for determining why a task has failed in TH.

This was mostly handled on the treeherder side to be able to parse error messages outside of buildbot steps in bug 1174557
