Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:38.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/38.0 Build ID: 20150525141253 Steps to reproduce: Play Youtube video, for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Im-7dMS3a6U Actual results: Audio is slightly out of sync with video (slightly behind), only with Firefox Windows. Expected results: Video and audio should play perfectly in sync, as they do on other browsers and on Firefox for OS X.
This happens even in Safe Mode.
Component: Untriaged → Video/Audio
Product: Firefox → Core
Component: Audio/Video → Audio/Video: Playback
I can reproduce this in Firefox 44.0a1 (2015-10-08) on Linux (Xubuntu). Affects any YouTube video played with the HTML5 player. Seems to be worse at higher quality.
