I just want to note that it's expected we regress due to the NGA work (and I expect we'll regress even more in the coming weeks). Then we'll work on reducing the launch time again. Given we have no partner ship for 2.5, is this performance target really important or can we relax it a bit ?

Comms triage: We need the NGA transition to be over before committing this performance regression in 2.5. Please renominate once NGA is done, or if you disagree.
