Description:
If the user attempts to set up a non-standard email account (not Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook/Hotmail), and they select the Automatic set-up button, the app will try to connect for 1 minute before timing out, and presenting the user with the Manual set-up page.

If the user taps Cancel during this minute, the app will still present the user with the manual set-up page after that minute time-out, even if they are in the middle of setting up another account.  This can be very irritating if the user accidentally mistypes part of their email account, and hits cancel to go back and resolve this issue and are then presented with this later on after they have fixed their error.

Multiple instances of this issue can be stacked by cancelling multiple account set-ups.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150710105517
2) Connect to a WiFi or Data network, and launch the Email app.
3) Input a name and non-standard email account (test@gmaul.com) and select 'Next'
4.) At the 'Setting up 

Actual:
Manual set-up page erroneously appears after the 1 minute time-out for a cancelled account creation.

Expected:
The manual set-up page does not appear at all after a cancelled account creation.

This issue DOES occur on the latest Flame 2.5, 2.2, 2.1 and 2.0 builds.
Manual set-up page erroneously appears after the 1 minute time-out for a cancelled account creation.
