Close firefox 6a. /Applications/FirefoxDeveloperEdition.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox OR 6b. Select the Firefox Developer Edition icon on the dock 7. [optional] /Applications/FirefoxDeveloperEdition.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox -P Actual results: 8. Firefox opens with the "dev-editition-default" profile 9. If 4 and 7 were followed above, additionally note that a new "dev-edition-default" exists Expected results: 8. Firefox opens with the "default" profile 9. If 4 and 7 were followed above, there should only be one profile called "default".

Brian, can you look at this or redirect to someone who knows more about this? Maybe this is just a dupe of bug 1098986 (but with much better steps and description, so I'd dupe that bug to this one rather than vice versa.)
