I get spinners showing in the content area instead of the page I dragged.  Sometimes just for several seconds, sometimes for minutes or more, at least until I close the window I dragged out of.

This operation should really be instantaneous; it is without e10s.

Note that having many windows open _might_ exacerbate the problem, but I've run into it with just two windows too, as far as I can tell.

This might be related to or a dupe of bug 1189565 (which has a fix in test).

Hey Boris, can you still reproduce this on Nightly? Bug 1194545 is similar and seems to only reproduce on Aurora (or Beta now) suggesting that this might have been fixed by other work. I can't find it, but I'm pretty sure there's been at least one swapFrameLoaders bug fixed in the past few months.

I haven't seen it recently (last 3 weeks), though for the last week or so I've had e10s disabled due to bug 1198765.  But even before that I don't recall seeing it this month.
