Description:
When the user is playing a song from the music app and attempts to change or pause the song via the music widget controls in the notification tray, they will observe the widget flash when a button is tapped.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150721140411
2) Open the Camera app
3) Switch to video
4) Start recording a video

Actual:
Music Widget in Tray flashes on using controls (Play/Next/Rewind)

Expected:
Music Widget doesn't flash on using controls (Play/Next/Rewind)

Woops, looks like I miscut my bug template when I was writing this up; completely missed updating my repro steps.

Here are the actual repro steps (thanks JThomas)


PreReq:
* at least one song on device compatible with Music app
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150721140411
2) Open the Music App
3) Begin playing a song
4) Drag down notification tray
5) Tap play (next + rewind if multiple songs)

Actual:
Music Widget in Tray flashes on using controls (Play/Next/Rewind)

Expected:
Music Widget doesn't flash on using controls (Play/Next/Rewind)

This issue is caused by sending the "moz-interrupt" at wrong time, the bug1192748 would fix it.
