We add functionality of scanning bluetooth devices and display them on screen in this patch. And since we don't have mozBluetooth API on b2g-desktop, we also make sure this won't break TV build in b2g-desktop by introducing a fake mozBluetooth API when there is none. If you want to test and play around with this patch on real device, please come to me. I'll show you how to run on nexus 5. Thanks
