Bug 1171415 added a link to a survey for use in Hello. The link might need to change over time. Rather than hard-coding the link to the specific survey, it would seem better to have a redirect on one of our own sites that can be easily updated should it change. We should ideally do this before we hit aurora/beta, so that we don't get too many old clients with the direct link.

I've just noticed, the current link is http, we should update that to https.

Filed bug 1186373 to investigate adding to mozilla.org. Once we do get the redirect, we'll need to come back and change firefox.js.

Simple patch to update to a link where we can now redirect without needing to change the client.
