Bug 1133073 needs PR_DuplicateEnvironment (added in bug 1132760 / NSPR 4.10.9 beta 2) on Linux, which includes builds with --with-system-nspr, so bug 1186515 is filed to increase Gecko's NSPR version requirement, but if I understand correctly that can't happen until there's an actual 4.10.9 release.

This would add at least one new interface, so if NSPR's versioning policy would make the next release 4.11 instead of 4.10.9 as a result of that, please adjust the bug summary.

Kaie is planning on releasing the current state of NSPR as 4.10.9 once it's baked on trunk for a few days (I believe the update to the latest beta landed yesterday.)
