Description:
If the user taps a MailTo: link in an email body (often found in longer threads with multiple replies/forwards), the user will be presented with a "Browse to URL?:' confirmation prompt before the email app opens a new compose message with the email address.

This confirmation screen is to ensure that the user wants to navigate away from the email app, but following a mailto link does not open the browser.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150723134401
2) Connect to WiFi or Data network
3) Launch the email app and sign into an email account
4) Open an email that has a MailTo: link in it and tap the link.

Actual:
The user is given a 'Browse to URL?:' confirmation message.

Expected:
The compose message screen is opened directly.

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.5, 2.2, 2.1 and 2.0 builds.
The user is given a 'Browse to URL?:' confirmation message.
