You Flash plugin dont load extern movies. i have checked some sites.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. goto an flash site
2. press a button to load an extern movie

only old netscape versions work!

Actual Results:  nothing!

Expected Results:  Check your plug in

I think mozilla is the best browser at time, but this problem knock it out. i
can not make it to our standart browser.

I suspect this bug is duplicate of bug 121033 [NP_FULL] NPP_GetURLNotify() does 
not resolve relative URLs correctly (for Flash). The problem is that Mozilla 
does not know how to resolve relative URLs for a plugin running in NP_FULL mode 
(a .swf URL). The Flash Player 6 has a workaround for Mozilla and Netscape 6, 
but the Flash Player 5 is still affected.

issue and have made the following determination:

this works now on 6.0r40 flash beta with 0708 brnch build on my NT. verifying as 
dup..since that one is marked fixed
