Details

Creating new tabs is super janky and very slow. Profile: people.mozilla.org/~bgirard/cleopatra/#report=9415442f00b89cdb30e999bae0b8dc076d3c2b8f STR: 1) Open Nightly 2) Create lots of new tabs 3) Notice lots of jank Speed up creating new tabs, it's way too slow. Tested on a Macbook Pro 13" w/ an Intel Iris 5100 running Windows 7. (Yes, It's a mac running Windows). From irc with Seth, bug 1146663 should help greatly with this.
