Details

1. Enable the preference middlemouse.paste
2. Middle-click on a contenteditable area (see url for testcase)

The clipboard is pasted and the autoscroll cursor appears. Only one of these should occur, but I'm not sure which (probably the latter).

Fixed in bug 1716068, I believe - the testcase wfm (paste happens, no autoscroll cursor appears)
