With APZ enabled on Linux desktop nightly, the page at http://arstechnica.com/security/2015/01/google-wont-fix-bug-hitting-60-percent-of-android-phones/ scrolls rather jankily when scrolling up and down with the scroll wheel. It seems to start off relatively smooth but then gets quite janky almost right away. In the console output I see a ton of the "transparent content with displayports can be expensive" warnings so I suspect there's a lot more layout/repainting happening than there should be.
(I can repro on Linux but not OS X)
