The tooltip is way too long.

When the browser width is more than ~630px the locationbar tooltip is too long.
Attached a screenshot where the tooltip is way too long.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Hold the mouse over the location bar and see the tooltip
2.If your browser width is larger than ~630px the length of the tooltip is too long.
