1.) Visit the above URL, and select Yes for automatic update.
2.) Try to select "Update X days before next update date."
What happens: You cannot. Also, there are a lot of unnecessarily capitalized 
words in this dialog box.

John: The reason its not possible to set "Update X days before next update
date." is that this crl does not have a next update date specified. In the main
'import success' dialog, the "next update on:" field says <Not Defined>.

Step 1) let's make sure the doc mention that if the x day before next update is
disabled, that's because there is no next update.
Step 2) Let's keep this bug open, with a P3 priority. The bug becomes: need
feedback when "X day before next update CRL Auto-update option is disabled"

The "Revocation Lists" feature was removed in bug 867465.
