Right now media.mediasource.format-reader.webm needs to be set to use MediaFormatReader otherwise WebMReader is used.

this is only for the old MSE ; I don't think we want anything related to the new webm with the old MSE.
This will be part of a future bug "remove old MSE"
but we're a long way from removing it.
