[1.Description]:
[Aries KK][v2.5][Notifications]When user enables wifi in Notification, device will go to wifi list page in "Settings" automatically.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Connect a Wifi in Settings.
2. Press "Home" key.
3. Drag down the Notification bar.
4. Disable the wifi in Notification.
5. Enable the wifi in Notification.
6. Back to Home screen.
7. Wait for a minute.

[3.Expected Result]: 
7. It should stay on "Homescren", and the Wifi should connect automatically in the background.

[4.Actual Result]: 
7. It loads to Wifi list page in Settings.
