Description: When a user opens the card view from within any app, they will observe the app minimize to a card and display a small icon displaying how the app is observed on the homescreen. This icon is currently displaying a placeholder icon for half a second before being replaced by it's appropriate icon. Minor regression

While the icon is loading, it is in a "pending" state and currently we just show the default/fallback icon during that time which is the rocketship for apps, and the globe for the browser. So we need something else while pending. Flagging Eric for ideas.
