When teams are working on enabling tests on TC emu-x86-kk , we encounter a problem that all tests of the same type are bound together that makes it difficult to enable tests one by one on a specified emulator. For example, many modules, such as Telephony, NFC, WiFi, have marionette-webapi tests, but there's no way to open a subset of tests per module on TaskCluster. We want to improve the situation so that teams could have gradual progress on TC without interfering each other.
This is a nice to have feature that doesn't really block emu-x86-kk at the moment. Remove the dependency.
