Description:
When the user is in the Contacts app and they attempt to add a contact with an identical name to another contact in their list, they will trigger a dialog screen on that will ask them to merge duplicate information, or cancel the action. This screen shows up underneath the software home button, making it difficult to access the merge button.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150806112625
2) Open Contacts
3) Create new contact { First Name: "John" }
4) Create a second contact { First Name: "John" }
5) Observe dialog that appears asking to merge

Actual:
Merge dialog appears overlapped by the software home button

Expected:
Merge dialog does not attempt to draw under software home button
