I'm not sure what caused this, but there hasn't been a gecko-decision task scheduled since around noon Pacific time today. (Maybe the version bump from 42 to 43? That happened right around the time this started failing to run.) Gaia and trunk trees closed. bug 1177315 sounds similar from a few months ago.

Things seem to be working post-1114843's backout. Calling this fixed for now. We discovered bug 1193115 in the recovery from this.
