After long browsing session, like 1+ hour, I sometimes get into a state where there's no DisplayPort and any scrolling will instantly checkerboard. The minimap shows no DisplayPort region. This persist across any page (re)load and I can't get a DisplayPort again once I've entered this state.

I've seen this twice with (2015-08-10) so let's just use this bug to track the frequency for now before we start chasing a ghost.
