For now, only the browser app can press back key to exit. We may need to unify this behavior by letting all apps to exit by pressing back key (and Home is shown thereafter). There are technical details and use cases need to be discussed, so we need to update these details before moving to engineering work.

We are not able to make it fully transparent from developers. If we make pressing back key to exit by default, developers need to execute preventDefault(); each time they need to make use of back key which is not necessary across web apps. This would become TV-app-specified rule. This may affect existing apps and we need to have some programming guide for our developers. Let's put off this bug and discuss until getting conclusions.
