Set a filter animation that applies to a large number of elements.
Actual results:
The animation is choppy, in steps.
Expected results:
The animation should be smooth, continuous.

I can reproduce by visiting the URL on Nightly (OS X 10.9). The testcase is quite CPU intensive (both in layout and painting), so if there isn't enough CPU resources, the animations are choppy.
