Currently nsDocumentViewer::SelectAll calls RemoveAllRanges, immediately followed by SelectAllChildren. SelectAllChildren itself calls Collapse, which handles removing the currently selected ranges from the document. Thus, this call to RemoveAllRanges is unnecessary, and can be removed.
